Clear answers

Is the project yours?: Yes. Logged-in projects live in your account. Guest tries are temporary until you sign in.
Can I export the code?: You can open the Code tab and copy the HTML. Store packs are available from publication.
Are my data protected?: Projects are stored in your workspace. We do not invent certifications we do not hold.
How do credits work?: A first build costs 8 credits. A change costs 3. Debug costs 2. Web hosting 50.
Does Helix publish on its own?: The web preview can go live automatically. App Store and Google Play need your developer account.
What if a build fails?: You see the error and can try again. We do not promise an automatic refund.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You describe the product. Helix builds a first working version.

Can I build company software?

Yes. Describe the workflow. Helix produces screens, lists and forms you can then refine.

Can I change it after the first version?

Yes. Write the change in the studio. It costs 3 credits.

How much do changes cost?

3 credits for a change, 2 for a debug pass. Shown before you send.

Can I use my own domain?

You can publish the web app and point a domain. helix.kreluna.it is the product site.

Can I export?

Yes. The Code tab and the Windows / store packs.

iOS and Android?

Helix prepares the packs. The public store listing needs your Apple or Google account.

Are projects private?

Logged-in projects stay in your account. Only you open them unless you publish a public link.
